10 year guarantee
We offer a full 10-year guarantee for the cost of labour and faulty parts on windows, doors, warm roofs, and conservatories. This guarantee ensures that any issues arising from faulty workmanship or installation are covered, provided the products have been reasonably maintained and not deliberately damaged. Accidental breakage or damage caused to intentionally replace products free of charge is not covered under this guarantee. Our cover also extends to issues such as condensation and fogging between the panes in doors, sash windows, or glazing that includes decorative glass, giving you added peace of mind.
5 Year Guarantee
For kitchen and bathroom installations, we offer a 5-year guarantee, covering labour and faulty parts. As with all our guarantees, this cover is dependent on the products being reasonably maintained and not intentionally damaged.
Insurance Backed Guarantee
We are Certass Registered and QANW Associated for additional peace of mind. All of our windows, doors and conservatories come with a 10 Year Guarantee.
